We recommend booking at least 6–8 weeks in advance for most tours, and 3–6 months for peak season travel (summer, holidays). However, we can often accommodate last-minute bookings too.

Cancellations made 30+ days before departure receive a full refund. 15–29 days: 75% refund. 7–14 days: 50% refund. Less than 7 days: non-refundable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Some packages include flights, while others don't. Check each package's inclusions. We can always add flights to any package — just let our team know your departure city.
